My stay was quite disappointing overall. While the staff were friendly and accommodating, the room conditions left much to be desired, especially concerning cleanliness and functionality. The breakfast options were limited and not appetizing, making my experience less enjoyable than I had hoped.

Rooms
5.0
The room was dark with many lights not working, and I even woke up with bites on my arms. My friend's room had a hair dryer and coffee maker, but we had neither even though we paid the same rate. A comfortable bed was the only redeeming feature.
Service
6.0
The staff were very friendly and attentive, which made the experience slightly better. They even allowed me to cancel part of my stay, but I lost my deposit, which was frustrating.
Location
5.0
I found the hotel's location to be inconvenient, as it was far from popular spots like Pub Street. I ended up spending extra on Tuk Tuk rides to get to places.
Dining
5.0
Breakfast was disappointing, with only one vegetarian option of fried rice that was overly oily. The coffee served was also bad, which didn't help the situation.
Facilities
5.0
Facilities in general needed improvement, especially the cleanliness of the bathrooms in the restaurant area. The elevator and air conditioning worked, but that was about the only positive.

I had a wonderful experience at the New Siem Reap Town Hotel. the friendly staff and convenient location were definite highlights. However, I found the lighting in my room to be quite dim, and the shower setup could use some improvement. Overall, it was a lovely stay that I would recommend for its many positive aspects.

Rooms
6.0
The room was spacious but unfortunately lacked sufficient lighting, making it feel somewhat cave-like at times. The shower setup was inconvenient as I had to hold the handheld showerhead due to its height.
Service
8.0
The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful throughout my stay, assisting with everything from local transportation to meal recommendations.
Location
9.0
It's ideally located in the heart of Siem Reap, close to the night market and pub street, making it easy to explore the area and reach major attractions.
Dining
5.0
The dining options were somewhat limited, with only one vegetarian option that was a bit on the oily side. but the convenience of nearby food markets made up for it.
Facilities
6.0
The hotel had decent facilities overall, but some areas, like the pool, could benefit from more attention to cleanliness.

7.2/10

My recent stay at New Siem Reap Town Hotel was quite mixed. The staff were friendly and the room had a decent view, but the location was a bit far from the main attractions, requiring frequent Tuk Tuk rides. The facilities were lacking, with major cleanliness issues and subpar dining options.

Rooms
5.0
The room was larger than average, but it felt old and was not particularly clean. The shower spray was problematic, and the lack of basic amenities like a tea and coffee maker was disappointing.
Service
6.0
The staff were very friendly and helpful, always trying to assist, though their offers for transportation weren't the best deal compared to what I found on my own.
Location
5.0
Though the hotel was only a short Tuk Tuk ride away from the center of Siem Reap, I found it to be too far from key attractions like Pub Street and local dining options.
Dining
5.0
Breakfast was quite limited with just one vegetarian option that was overly oily. The coffee was also not enjoyable, which put a damper on the mornings.
Facilities
5.0
Facilities were underwhelming; the internet was slow, and cleanliness in the bathroom was concerning. The restaurant was often closed, limiting dining options.

6.8/10

My stay at New Siem Reap Town Hotel was quite enjoyable thanks to its friendly staff and great location near the market. However, I did face some issues with the room's cleanliness and facilities. Overall, I appreciated the convenience it offered for exploring around Siem Reap.

Rooms
5.0
The room was a bit of a disappointment as it wasn't as clean as I expected, and the bathroom facilities weren't great either. There were no coffee makers or hair dryers, which felt lacking for the rate I paid.
Service
8.0
The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. Any queries I had were addressed promptly, and they made my trip to Angkor Wat seamless by arranging transportation for me.
Location
7.0
This hotel is conveniently located in the heart of Siem Reap, close to various attractions. While it's a little far from the central action, a cheap tuk-tuk ride takes you there in no time.
Dining
5.0
Breakfast was included, but the vegetarian options were limited. I tried the fried rice, and it was a bit too oily for my liking.
Facilities
6.0
Although the hotel has potential with its ongoing upgrades, the facilities did feel underwhelming. The ongoing construction could be distracting at times.

6.0/10

My stay at New Siem Reap Town Hotel was filled with warmth and friendly service, though the ongoing construction dampened the luxurious feel somewhat. The location was quite convenient for exploring the area, despite being a bit far from the central attractions. Overall, I enjoyed the local atmosphere and the helpfulness of the staff.

Rooms
5.0
The rooms were clean and had a pleasant smell, but I found it quite hot inside compared to the cooler outside. I appreciated the coffee maker and hair dryer in the room, which added a nice touch (not something I expected!).
Service
5.0
The service was exceptionally friendly and accommodating. The staff were eager to help, especially when I arranged transportation to Angkor. However, I did encounter a situation where the price quoted for a Tuk Tuk was a bit steep compared to what I could manage myself.
Location
5.0
The hotel's location is fairly good, being close to the night market and temples, but it felt a bit far from the busy central area. A quick Tuk Tuk ride made it manageable, but I would have preferred being slightly closer to the action.
Dining
5.0
Dining options were rather limited, with only one vegetarian choice available. The fried rice I tried was quite oily, which wasn't very appealing, especially during breakfast.
Facilities
5.0
The hotel facilities were decent overall. The impressive wooden decor and beautiful design added charm, and having a pool was a great way to cool off after my adventures. However, the ongoing renovations left some areas in a less-than-perfect state.
